Gran Canaria, 28 November 2025.— During today’s training session, Belgian cyclists Jasper Philipsen and Jonas Rickaert, invited by the Gran Canaria 365 initiative, climbed to the summit of Pico de las Nieves as part of their preparations.

Philipsen, one of the most prominent sprinters in the international peloton, has claimed multiple victories in Grand Tours —including stage wins in the Tour de France and La Vuelta a España— as well as in one-day classics such as Milan–San Remo, establishing himself as a benchmark in sprinting.

Rickaert, his teammate at Alpecin-Deceuninck, boasts victories in races such as the Marcel Kint Grand Prix and Dwars door het Hageland.
